We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Hard Jewelry purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-final sale items. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original HJ pouches and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
